How do I upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade your plan anytime from your account settings. Go to Settings → Subscription and select your desired plan. Changes take effect immediately.

How does the check-in system work?

The check-in system sends you SMS reminders at your chosen interval. If you don't respond after multiple reminders, your emergency contacts are notified and granted access to your files.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and comply with GDPR. Your files are stored securely on Appwrite infrastructure.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

What happens if I delete my account?

When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days unless we're required to retain it for legal purposes. This includes files, contacts, and personal information.
